DEFINING YOUR BRAND’S PURPOSE

If you are looking to develop your first brand identity for your own business or looking to refresh because you have a new service or your current brand is not hitting the mark, then it’s important to first understand what your brands objectives and purpose is.

Knowing why your brand exists, what purpose it has in the world and what it stands for is what defines it from the very start.

Here are some of the questions we ask when guiding our clients through the brand strategy process.

  1. What problem does my brand solve?
  2. Who is my ideal client?
  3. Who is my competition?
  4. How does my brand make my customers feel?
  5. What is the story behind my brand
  6. What is my brand personality?

 

They are big questions so take time over them. Don’t rush your brand objectives otherwise you will be back 6 months later as your business won’t be growing as you had hoped.
