A warmer, clearer and more connected holiday park brand experience.
We partnered with New Barns Caravan Park to elevate their brand perception, improve visitor experience and support growth through a cohesive brand identity, website and marketing rollout.
Through brand strategy, positioning, messaging, visual identity and UX-led website design, we helped New Barns create a warmer, more confident brand that better reflects the personal, high-quality experience of owning a holiday home on the park.
A special place that needed a stronger brand experience
New Barns Caravan Park already had a fantastic reputation, a beautiful setting and a highly personal approach to holiday home ownership, seasonal touring and visitor experience.
But the brand needed to work harder to reflect the quality of the park, the warmth of the team and the feeling people get when they spend time there.
The project also needed to bring The Bob-In Café into the wider brand world, giving it its own personality while still feeling clearly connected to New Barns.
To support growth, New Barns needed:
- Clearer brand positioning and messaging
- A refreshed visual identity with more warmth and character
- A brand system that worked across the park, website, signage and marketing
- A connected identity for The Bob-In Café
- Improved wayfinding, park maps and visitor information
- A UX and conversion-focused website to support enquiries, bookings and visitor planning
- SEO strategy, keyword research and performance-led website copywriting
What we changed
We started by developing the brand strategy, defining how New Barns should be positioned and how the experience of the park should be communicated.
From this, we created:
- Clearer messaging around holiday home ownership, seasonal touring and park visits
- A refreshed logo, look and feel that captured the warmth, nature and personality of the park
- A flexible brand system for digital, print, signage, merchandise and social media
- A connected visual style for The Bob-In Café
- A premium park brochure to support sales conversations and visitor engagement
- Branded social media assets to support ongoing marketing activity
Brand identity and rollout
The new brand identity was designed to feel warm, personal and grounded in the New Barns experience.
Rather than creating something generic or overly polished, we developed a look and feel that reflected the park’s natural setting, friendly atmosphere and premium feel.
The identity was then rolled out across key customer touchpoints, including signage, wayfinding, park maps, brochures, social media assets, team merchandise and visitor materials.
Website design and digital experience
We designed and built a new website to act as a central hub for visitors, holiday home ownership enquiries, seasonal touring information and The Bob-In Café.
The website was created with user experience, accessibility and conversion in mind, helping people find the right information quickly and move easily from browsing to enquiry.
SEO strategy, keyword research and performance-led copywriting were built into the process to support search visibility and long-term website performance.
What made the difference?
A clearer, warmer and more connected holiday park brand
New Barns now presents as a more confident and consistent holiday park brand, better aligned with the quality of the park experience.
The refreshed identity brings together the park, website, signage, brochure, social media, merchandise and café touchpoints, creating a joined-up customer experience from first search to first visit.
By combining brand strategy, visual identity, website design, SEO, wayfinding and marketing assets, we helped New Barns build a stronger commercial foundation for enquiries, bookings and holiday home sales.
In a nutshell
We partnered with New Barns Caravan Park to evolve its holiday park brand from a well-loved local destination into a clearer, warmer and more connected brand experience – refining the positioning, messaging, visual identity and website to support holiday home ownership, seasonal touring, visitor planning and The Bob-In Café.
