Erica came to us when she had been Marketing Manager at Amulet Hotkey for a few months. They had big plans and she needed a team to help her define the strategy to implement said plans and achieve their goals.
The organisation has been established for over 30 years, going from strength to strength within the tech world. They had investors and employees that needed to see where the company was going and how it was going to sustain growth, and they wanted to reflect the incredible work the organisation was doing. We needed to bring the brand in line with the high-tech products and services they offered and stand next to – or ahead of – its peers with pride.
We worked with Erica closely on a brand strategy, defining a new brand message and tone of voice around their established values, but also the exciting new vision for the future. We ensured not only the Board was on board (!), but that staff from the floor up were involved in the process to ensure ownership and understanding of where Amulet Hotkey need to be.
With a clear brand strategy, we were then able to define a logo and visual identity that reflected the vision, encompassed its values and engaged its audience around the world. But more importantly, one that all employees were proud of, and part of.
We continue to work closely with Erica in the rollout of the new brand across the website, marketing materials and products. We are proud to be a part of the team, and it really does help us to create stronger work.
