Ashley and Nick came to us looking for help to build a new eCommerce website for their social enterprise business, Interestingly Different and we jumped at the chance to work with them.
Based in Carshalton in Surrey, Interestingly Different is linked closely to its parent company Nickel Support which supports over 100 adults with learning disabilities enabling them to develop new skills to lead a more purposeful life. These skills include working in one of their many enterprises, learning how to upcycle furniture, making jams and chutneys and serving customers in their new shop – Interestingly Different.
Firstly, we spent time with Ashley and the team to understand their vision, goals and ideas on how they wanted their website to look. They already had a logo and colour palette in place, but we tweaked their palette to reflect the team’s joy and passion for what they do and what we believed would engage with their audience better, We love the colour palette it’s bold fun and ‘different’.
The next step was to develop some brand assets that would give their brand personality, and give their new website the key visuals it needed to direct customers to the array of high quality hand crafted products they sell.
If you’re looking for a unique piece of upcycled furniture or a lovely gift for a loved one or a friend, you can purchase with purpose below.
Final Website: https://interestinglydifferent.co.uk.
