We are very proud of La’al Sauna and have been with her every step of the way from brand development, copywriting, website design and build, marketing guidance and collateral and social media planning.

Debbie came to us as she needed the full service to get her fantastic business idea up and running – La’al Sauna, which is now the first outdoor and wood-fired sauna in Cumbria.

Being from a creative background Debbie had already created the fabulous logo you see but needed guidance on her goals and how to achieve them. We worked with Debbie to understand her vision, audience and brand personality so we could ensure the branding and messaging engaged the right audience and reflected the La’al Sauna experience. From there we developed a bespoke website, complete with a full booking and payment system, that would give the users a welcoming, friendly and easy to use experience.

Whilst Debbie was busy building the Sauna by hand herself, we began creating a strong, playful brand around her logo, using beautiful colours that reflected the location in the Lakes, but also Debbie’s warm nature and quirky sense of humour.

For launch, we developed some marketing collateral, signage, loyalty cards and social media templates. So Debbie has a full toolkit to be able to grow and create awareness of her business.

Within the initial package, Debbie had opted for a written brand strategy, but as we progressed with Debbie we felt the budget was better spent on marketing support and creating more collateral to bring her more awareness. Being flexible with our clients ensures we can be both proactive and reactive as a project unfolds. We ensure their budget goes as far as it can to deliver the best results and the most solid foundation from the beginning.
