Master Electronics are a leading global organisation in electronics. They are family-owned and focus on strong relationships with staff, as well as clients. This showed in the enormous 56-page handbook we were commissioned to design for the company.

They wanted to develop a handbook for all employees – not a rule book but something that ensured all staff felt welcome and part of the organisation’s family vibe. We created something more akin to a coffee table book, something that all employees would feel proud to own, and engaged and inspired to read. This has had a huge impact on the organisation and is something that is always being reviewed and revised as the company grows and changes with the times. Very inspiring.
