NXT is a well-established, friendly and successful recruitment agency in the North of England that helps businesses grow with the right people, and candidates to succeed in their careers with the perfect role. They initially came to us as they felt their branding needed a little refresh to reflect who they were becoming as the business grew, they wanted to keep the colours as they didn’t want to lose any brand recognition they had.

In our discovery phase, we outlined a brand strategy that allowed us to really look at their brand as a whole to see what solution was needed to ensure they achieved their goals. The strategy led us to the conclusion a rebrand was needed rather than a refresh. We don’t take this lightly as a rebrand is not always the right solution and can be detrimental if done for the wrong reasons.

We developed a new message and tone of voice that gave us direction when developing the brand. Crafting a fresh unique logo that was modern, confident and spoke to the approachable personality of the business. We also created a set of icons and logo marques that would be instantly recognisable as NXT. The colours were moved in tone to be warmer – A deeper blue, grey and creams alongside a burnt orange that can become a fabulous gold foil when printed.

We then designed and developed a website and new API that reflected their new brand and tone of voice, culling a lot of the copy on the original site to succinct messages that gives you an immediate overview of NXT, their services, team and vision. We reworked the user journeys to give a better experience for employers or candidates when looking for or applying for a new role.

We then designed social media templates, stationery and event banners and stands to start the process of removing the old brand across marketing material.
