Vicky is our Creative Director and Brand Strategist with an insatiable passion for brilliant creative and problem-solving.
What on earth does that mean? Vicky helps you with the foundations of your brand, laying the groundwork that is your vision, values and mission of your business. Vicky works to develop your brand personality and create a visual identity that will be awesome and help you achieve your goals.
Vicky’s work includes creative strategy, branding and creative leadership, guiding clients and teams on visual direction and language.

Carol is our Digital Marketing Strategist, with over 20 years of experience in traditional and digital marketing. She has worked for large technology, finance and fintech companies across the world and loves nothing more than helping businesses grow by developing creative digital strategies to help clients achieve their business and marketing goals.
Carol’s passion is learning about each business she helps, delving deep into their needs, customers’ products and services to develop effective digital campaigns that target the right audience through the right digital channels.
Carol is always shouting about the power of content, and how ‘content is king’ (or queen!). She loves nothing more than working with our clients to create, plan and manage effective advertising and social media campaigns to turn disengaged traffic and superficial likes into loyal returning customers and revenue.

Debbie is our Senior Graphic Designer bringing a wealth of experience from a diverse range of different business sectors and industries. This includes; food and drink, hospitality, the health & wellness industry.
Debbie enjoys a challenge and is always on the lookout for new ways to enhance her skills whether advancing her digital marketing techniques and styles or through traditional offline print. Her passions lie in developing and nurturing clients’ ideas and ambitions into something real; being part of their new journey and watching them grow.

Hannah is our Junior Designer and ‘Chief Happiness Officer’ who ensures our studio is decorated, and filled with fun, celebrating all seasons and events with handcrafted loveliness.
Hannah recently graduated from the University of Cumbria in 2023 and is gaining tonnes of experience supporting Debbie and the rest of the design team to craft unique brands for our clients.
